    Responsibilities

    • Maintain a strong commitment to Mighty Buildings’ current and prospective clients to maximize engagement and deliver an excellent customer experience.
    • Take the lead in facilitating all pertinent documents throughout the customer’s journey, always striving to improve and evolve the process.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for homeowners considering adding a Mighty Buildings home to their property.
    • Continuously look for opportunities to enhance the sales process to mitigate complexity, enhance scalability, and deliver a strong experience to the homeowner.
    • Identify and represent Mighty Buildings at industry events, including trade fairs, homeowner ADU workshops, etc in partnership with Marketing and other internal stakeholders as necessary.
    • Proactively identify new prospects and revenue opportunities through meetings with clients, presentations, industry networking and attending events, and following up on leads in a timely manner.
    • Assistance with special projects outside of your day-to-day responsibilities to support the mission of Mighty Buildings.

    Basic qualifications

    • 2+ years in sales, real estate or construction-related role.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional team-members.
    • An eye for quality, detail, and a desire to perform at a high level.
    • Availability to work on weekends as necessary in order to manage showroom tours.
    • The ability to adapt and be comfortable working in the uncertainty of a new company, with an evolving agenda.
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for their work and actions.
    • The ability to travel via car or plane to client meetings and project sites, as necessary.
    • A creative multi-tasker with strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Experience with Pipedrive is a plus.
    • Experience with design software also a plus including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G-Suite and Bluebeam.

    Description

    We're looking for a passionate Senior Robotics Engineer who will help drive the development and implementation of automated technologies for milling, grinding, polishing and other machining processes; spray-coating materials application, and walls insulation (polyurethane foam pouring) for Mighty Buildings’ production process, utilizing industrial robots, PLCs, and IPCs.

    In order to be successful, the candidate must have proven experience in industrial automatization including sensors and PLCs, robotic production cell design, CNC machine operation, and robotic production cell operation. The Senior Robotics Engineer will report to the Director of Automated Manufacturing and will be part of Mighty Buildings US team.

    Responsibilities

    • Offline and online robots and PLC programming and simulations for new products and technologies.
    • Operating robotic complexes to perform pre-programmed operations.
    • Developing and testing new technologies of surface treatment and walls insulation using robotics automated solutions.
    • Maintaining machines and equipment that are included in the robotic complexes.
    • Implementing and supporting LEAN manufacturing principles within the entire automated production line.

    Basic qualifications

    • KUKA robots simulation and offline programming programming (Fastsuite, KUKA SimPro, Visual Components).
    • Expert in using CAD/CAM software, especially PowerMill and SolidWorks. PLC programming for industrial automatization.
    • Experience with machines and industrial robots maintenance.
    • Experience in developing and programming computer vision projects and systems.
    • Experience in working in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
    • Familiar with the Industry 4.0. concept.
    • Able to solve complex problems by utilizing internal and external resource pools.
    • Well organized, pay attention to details, methodical in your approach to design and engineering.
    • Being a collaborative team player comes natural for you.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English.

    We're looking for an experienced and proven Construction Project Manager to oversee all Northern California projects, ensuring field production to be done on time and within budget with Mighty Buildings’ contractors in parallel with interacting with Mighty Buildings’ clients in a professional manner. Adaptability, personability, and a proactive team leader are strongly desirable traits for this person to truly be successful in this position. This role will be the main point of contact for the client.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage relationship with contractors and subcontractors.
    • Source new contractors and subcontractors as needed.
    • Determine and define scope of work and deliverables for contractors and subcontractors.
    • Define resources needed to complete project.
    • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
    • Manage costs in order to meet budget.
    • Experience creating initial project estimates from field visits.
    • Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.
    • Manage construction schedule and activities.
    • Train contractors and subcontractors to use Mighty Buildings’ tools and systems.
    • Prepare guidelines and standards to ensure required quality for on-site construction.
    • Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
    • Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
    • Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.

    Basic qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
    • 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction in Northern California.
    • Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
    • Proficient in Could Office Tools like Google Documents and Sheets and general computer software.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
    • Demonstrated experience of creating guidelines and standards for on-site construction.
    • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
    • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
